Analisis Daur Hidup Produk Wajik Salak Pada Lima UMKM Di Kawasan Agrowisata Turi

Pengukuran energi, emisi dan limbah cair dapat menunjukkan besaran kontribusi proses produksi wajik salak terhadap potensi dampak lingkungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan 5 obyek UMKM yang dilakukan di Kawasan Agrowisata Turi, Sleman, Yogyakarta, data penelitian dimulai dari Juli 2021-Juni 2022. Unit fungsi digunakan yaitu 1 kilogram produk terkemas dengan batasan cradle to gate. Analisis software OpenLCA 1.11.0 dukungan database agribalyse v301. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diketahui bahwa ke lima diteliti, pada tahap perkebunan didominasi oleh GWP nilai terbesar terdapat E 9,6149 Kg CO2 eq. Hotspot penilaian daur hidup modern tradisional terletak perkebunan. Kemudian tiga jenis kemasan dianalisis empat kategori diteliti didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa, adalah plastik 0,339 eq, eutrofikasi berasal anyaman bambu D 5,9x10-4 PO43- kemudian asidifikasi disebabkan 1,25x10-3 SO2 eq ODP 1x10-8 CFC-11
